Yes, we use non-descript wrapping for packaging your order and we ship it to you in either a plain box, a UPS box, or a USPS box discreetly wrapped inside for privacy.
We also have relationships with UPS GROUND and USPS. We strive to provide the most secure and cost effective option for our clients. International and APO/FPO orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has shipped, we will send you an order confirmation email including a tracking number. Please be aware you may receive multiple packages to complete your order shipment due to some of your items shipped out of closer warehouses. We are not responsible for shipping delays from UPS or USPS due to adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.

When you receive your order, visually inspect to determine you have received the correct item. These items cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange if worn or open. Please make sure these items are returned in their original, unopened packaging, and have not been worn. Make sure to ship back the entire set in its new, unworn condition with original packaging within 10 days of delivery! We cannot accept partial sets (e.g. a bra and panty set missing the panty). Due to the “health related” nature of some of our products (adult novelties) only manufacture defects or items with concealed damages as a result of shipping will be authorized for return. Once you refuse an order with the shipper, contact us immediately. Refused orders can be re-shipped at client’s expense one time. Orders returned again will be sent only after upfront pre-payment. The customer will be responsible for 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs on all refused orders.
Any damages or shortages must be reported to SexyThangz.com within 48 business hours of receipt of goods. NO exceptions! Contact SexyThangz.com customer service regarding replacement and return. All returns require a return authorization number that will be issued when you contact us about the issue. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorizations expire 30 days from the issue date.
